Even so, I don't see why you wouldn't want to recruit Stefan. He gets you a free Occult, after all. Oh yeah, I forgot about the Occult scroll he gives you! So yeah, no real reason not to get Stefan, even if you won't use him =P. I always thought of Ragnell as a "Prf" - Profession weapon, since only Ike uses it. It's a semantic detail really; most Lord weapons would probably be considered S ranked weapons by virtue of their superior stats, if anyone could use them.
