You've already got Lute and Moulder, and while his supports certainly bring some big time boosts, the two characters that are getting those boosts already have decent survivability. Depending on how much EXP Ephraim received, he's also a good choice to drop. As nice as his supports are, I just can't see him being a smart option if he had to be autolevelled to 15/0 following Chapter 8 because he'll detract from the EXP pool of 10 other units. In all honesty, though, neither of the above two options seems to be as good as simply not dropping anyone. You have 10 units that gain EXP by fighting during the span of Chapters 9-14, which isn't too many, and by the time fighting unit #11 comes around, his stats will be good enough -- and the others' levels high enough -- for him to get some quality battle EXP and catch up.
