Ehh... I guess never posted here.  But I got an email back a few weeks ago from Nintendo telling me to send them my game. I haven't done so yet, but I'm assuming that future shipments will be fixed and stuff. All I got was a generic email saying that they'd set up a repair and stuff, though, so I'm not gonna bother quoting it.
