Each has different strengths, as far as I've seen. Florina is the most archetypical peggie: Very high evade, average strength at best. Defense is pretty flimsy. She's got great supports and joins early, with good bases. Fiora generally has a bit better Res than Florina, but lacks in other areas. She joins pretty early, and has decent bases. Farina is a bit meatier than your usual peggie, having some pretty decent strength and defense. In fact, she's pretty solid across the board really. She's really hard to support, though, and costs a ton of gold to recruit. Statistically, they are all pretty decent though... I don't dislike using any of them unless Florina/Fiora get -really- screwed in strength. For the record, I'd sooner take Florina or Farina as flyers over Heath any day of the week... he's the only wyvern rider, and yet so mediocre =P.
