I got a thing for flying units, and in FE7 I use all of them I can. So on Hector's mode, I definitely use all three no matter what(Triangle attack ftw!) But on Eliwood's mode, I usually use both Fiora and Florina, unless one of them truly blows badly. Because in my experience, I find one of them to be better at taking out mages(I don't give this one the shield) and the other is better at taking out everything else(I give this one the shield).
But if I have Farina(the best Falcoknight and mounted unit in the game) she gets the shield automatically.
