Heath's problem isn't his final averages, it's his joining time that has a huge impact on his usefulness. None of his supports stand out to be fast enough to make up for only coming around midgame, and they either all have options over him (Kent, Priscilla) or aren't there for enough to be viable supports (Vaida). Then he is also underleveled, and while he has HM bonuses to make up for that, he needs quite a lot of work. Kind of crappy Spd base prevents him from doubling reliably. He doesn't really even have a great niche to aspire to players looking for an excuse to use him: he only averages a little above Farina in Defense.
