There's two of them, but they're with Pegasi (Thany, Tate, Yuuno) and Knights (Bors, Barth, Wendy). If you go the Sacae route you'll only have access to one triangle attack.
Ilia is a lot easier than Sacae and the items may differ a little, otherwise it's just what Inui said. Basically, you're either flooded by Nomads/Shamans/Druids/Myrmidons (Sacae) or with Pegasi/Ballistae (Ilia).
