He doesn't need very good stats to be good: this is FE6 with its 30% crit bonus Berserkers. But fortunately, his stats aren't bad at all, and if you're going the A route anyway and picking up Echidna for your team, he can support her. Gonzales may be ugly, but he has the best support convo's ever. And he's a good unit. Not required at all though. Yunno is absolute ass. Her only use is staying out of range constantly by flying around and doing jobs you need a 8 move flier for and you haven't trained ANY other flier. And you'll hardly ever need that. All Armor knights are considered pretty terrible by ranking standards. For a random unranked (first) playthrough, they're all usable since you can baby and take forever, just don't expect to get anything amazing. The triangle attack is especially worthless, its main use is doing something ridiculous like killing Leygance with Wendy in Ch8 (and that's a novelty).
