To be honest, I'd rather take Lugh with his decent speed growth =P. Not only does 2 attacks at less damage do more damage than a single stronger attack in almost all cases, but greater speed also means: 1) You evade more attacks. 2) You don't get doubled as often. 3) You double more people. 4) You have more opportunity to trade speed for increased damage by using heavy tomes. It also looks like Lugh has a big win in skill/crit/accuracy. Lol @ Rutger for bottom tier. Using Rutger/Fir has saved my ass so many times in this game, lol. Also - cheap shot at Nino. Criticize her for the late joining time if you like, but statistically she isn't a one trick pony. She doesn't build just Magic, so don't call her a Dierdre. She has like 50+% growths in everything but defense, you don't get more balanced that that =P. (If Nino is a Dierdre, then Erk is a Tiltyu and Pent is a Bastian!) Anyway, that aside, could we return to the topic of the thread? I think we pretty much covered the merits of the various chapter branches, but it was at least an enjoyable discussion about the chapter experiences before the debate started. In fact, I'll just go ahead and open this up for people to discuss their FE6 playthrough experiences; I like hearing about how people choose to do the various missions, strategically. |
