Really, use them on someone who gets the most levels with it and is there fighting most of the time, imo that kind of eliminates Hector. Personally I'd give that to that poor Cavalier that lost out on the earlier Knight Crest, or to one of your Guiding Ringers, etc. Another cool idea is to keep Raven reasonably underleveled to the point where he can still compete but gain tons of EXP, then bench him until you get the Drops and let the EXP boosting and mass stat gaining begin. Obviously HHM Raven maxes every single offensive stat already to begin with...I guess it helps capping them sooner. If I'm using Nino or Farina in some unranked playthrough they always get it. Comedy Athos option.
