The list of units you're using would help... If you're using Clarine, you shouldn't be having a lot of trouble with Klein. Remember that you do not have to stand in the walking range of an enemy unit in order to talk to them in your phase: let them walk into your range instead. You should just rush to the north if you want Gonzales, I usually let the cavalier duo do that. Marcus or Zealot can walk behind them carrying Lilina is needed (do drop her before you're near Gonzales though, as she can't move right after being dropped). Tate acts up a little random. You can use your freshly recruited Gonzales or any other durable unit to lure her and her Pegasi, just equip an 1-range weapon and make sure everyone there can access him from range (watch out for Gonzo's friends, eliminate them first if possible). They prioritize on attacking units that can't counter. Alternatively, disarm someone so they can't counter at all. You can bring Thany to this map if you want, she can recruit Tate as long as Klein has already joined you, and even if you haven't recruited Klein she'll turn her into a NPC as well as her allies. Which is good, because now you can rescue them and keep them out of harm's way more easily by killing nearby enemies and allowing them to escape. Remember you need all of Klein's NPC Archers and Tate's NPC Pegasi to flee the map to get a free Orion's Bolt and Elysian Whip, and you need all villages to be in one piece (and I believe visited as well) in order to get the Hero Crest. Lot or Ward can visit two specific houses to give you better items, iirc one is a Speedwing. If you have room for that you definitely should. |
