I think they should keep the customization while making the conversations better.
Whilst this would be fucking awesome, it would be pretty unreasonable to make 14910 conversations (IIRC there are 71 characters?). Although, it would be cool if they made some custom ones for common supports that they'd expect people to do (about the same #'d they'd use in previous FE games).
