And on that matter, why is Ivysaur low tier? Olimar mid tier? I can't see why personally. Jigglypuff for high tier? I was always under the impression she was one of the game's worst characters. Um... Zelda and Sheik always counted seperately. They're totally different. The Pokemon are even more different from each other. Ivysaur sucks. Easy to gimp, lots of sucky moves, and his KO moves are a bitch to hit with. Olimar is the easiest character in the game to kill and he's totally helpless without Pikmin out. Those two flaws are pretty extreme. Jigglypuff's zoning is insanely good. As Ben said, she's a good mindfuck. Jiggypuff just fucks with Ike by bouncing around him while he can't even hit due to his speed issues. Ike can kill those guys between 50% and 80% consistently, so who cares? They have to try and gimp him through his super armour up B or take the hit from his crazy fast forward B to gimp him since he's so heavy. If Ike didn't have that jab of his, then yes, he'd suck against anything fast, but he doesn't. His problem is getting camped. Quote: Ness for bottom tier. Nope. Kashif's Ness proves that totally wrong. Ness can pressure people really well with his B moves, including forcing air dodges with his PK Flash. His aerial game is superb. He can damage quickly by trapping you in PK Fire and then running up and grabbing you. His bat and back air are really strong for killing. Ness's only real problem is his gimpable recovery, but now PK Thunder is so strong that it can KO realiably, so it balances out. Marth should go to High Tier as he has absolutely the worst recovery in the game. Diddy Kong High Tier because he suks and does not have any good combos. And Wario should go to bottom tier as he absolutely has moves that can easily be countered. Peach is awful. Her KO power and damage output dropped dramatically, and her recovery is actually abysmal now that her second jump does nothing and her up B has massive lag upon landing with it. She has range issues. Just...she's terrible. Marth's recovery is amazing. I have no idea what you're talking about. His up B got larger, faster, and stronger. The tether characters and characters like Ganondorf have shitty recoveries, not Marth. Diddy Kong is one of the best in the game for combos. Have you even played this game before? He's top tier for sure. He is a peer with MetaKnight and Game and Watch when it comes to h4x offense and combos. His only issue is his risky recovery. Wario has a nearly unpunishable aerial game that's super fast. He's heavy and has lots of KO power. He just has range issues and a bad recovery...oh wait, no he doesn't, because his bike gives him another jump.
