I haven't used Zihark yet, although I am gonna try after I finish hard mode. I'm planning to use Stefan to balance up the reduction in EXP, but I might use Zihark instead if I have enough bonus EXP or I think I train him up through baby-ing. I had already planned out the supports for my team of 9 (although I suck at planning supports most of the time), and with hard mode, getting RNG screwed is something I do not want. So I might use him.
But so far, I have used Mia in 3 playthroughs, and 2/3 times, she has turned out wonderful. She once capped str, skill, speed, had 15 or 16 magic, 16 def or so, and with 46 HP. That's pretty good in my opinion. The Sonic Sword was the best anti-flying weapon with her.
