Or is it really just self-explanatory. I can do it, but not infinitely and good players can get out of it.

Falco's? Just d-throw and dash grab instantly after. It doesn't work on anyone past 50%, and it stops working at lower damage on lighter/floatier characters. You can u-smash or dash attack after it, or use dash attack cancelled into u-smash.

You're going to have to just memorize the percents for the characters.
