Nearly all forms of spam will be tolerated in chitchat. For the most part, there aren't really any rules to follow in chitchat, save a few. 1.) Chitchat is Chitchat, and is not to be taken seriously. However, if a topic is judged by a Moderator to have been taken too far (for example, excessive flaming), they may choose to close that thread. 2.) The ToS (here) is to be followed at all times. 3.) Flooding chitchat with an excessive amount of topics is not allowed. Flooding inside a topic is fine, but flooding the entire forum with topics is not. 4.) Stretching the page horizontally, with images or text, is not allowed. If the page is stretched such that the Posting Buttons (like reply, quote, etc) are obstructed, a moderator may edit your post such that the page isn't stretched.
