Using her prevents that. If you had about 100 Exp per chapter, the fact that Titania needs less Exp would be extremely valuable, but since you have an abundance of Exp you need[/] to distribute early on, it's no problem at all that Oscar and friends require Exp. It's either give it to them or don't use it at all. The fact that Titania can choose the ''don't use it'' option is quite meaningless, really, because choosing that option is not beneficial in any way. Quite the opposite, really. Also, yes, that's true. However, getting about 30 Exp is also>>>getting about 10, so Titania is still vulnerable to the argument that was used against Ike.
