She makes it so you don't really have to use a lot of strategy, thus making the game easier. You don't have to give her a lot of kills to make it easier, but her simply existing to wreck shit is a huge boon early on. One would think that would make the late game harder, but not really. There's enough exp in the game for Oscar, Boyd and Ike to still own face even with Titania getting a few kills here and there. Basically, you seem to be thinking that the early game is easy and the late game is hard, whereas if you're a good player, it's quite the opposite, due to supports all around, and more characters available for more customizable strategies.
