Myrrh for coming late and having a weapon with only 50 uses that also (if memory serves me well) can't be repaired. Marisa (both routes) for coming late, being mono-swords and having no good supports, even when being played. She also has fail Strength, which doesn't go well with her mono-swords thing. Innes (Ephraim Route) for coming very late and being a sniper. Saleh (Ephraim Route) for coming very late with not too great stats and no supports. Rennac, because he's ugly, has fail stats and his thieving utility isn't as useful as it is in other games, because you already have Colm for the thieving and if necessary, you can always use Door Keys and Chest Keys. Duessel (Eirika Route), because he comes very late and doesn't make up for it with good stats. L'Arachel, because she comes way too late for her level of durability. It's nice that she can heal and is mounted and all that stuff, but she dies very easile. She also doesn't have good supports, if any supports at all.
