Most disadvantaged and destined to function at the bottom of the barrel by leagues behind everyone in the game. So whatever you decide to evolve the optimistic loli failure into is kind of beside the point. The only FE generals who receive natural access to the Great Shield/Pavise skill that are any good are Gilliam and Xavier..........then again, Gatrie and Tauroneo are top tiers who can deliver without being capacity singled out for it in FE10.
