Good speed? If I remember, both Sue and Shin will end up with better speed.
In anyway, they're better than him. His higher Defence and Resistance are nice and all, but his avoid is less than impressive, making him easier to hit for enemies.

Besides that, his CON is pretty useless for a nomad. It's not like you'll give them blades, I personally just give them killing edges. The higher CON might make him wield a brave bow better, but it's not like Shin and Sue NEED it to kill an enemy.

I wanted to give him a chance, but he couldn't even kill a paladin in two hits.
And for me, that means he gets dumped.

Now, I'm not saying he's bad. The other two (Especially hard mode Shin) are far more useful (Though Sue might struggle in strength).
It is a fact that he's more useful than a lot of other pre-promotes, but just not enough for me.

Just my opinion.
