This time it'll stick. ~~Probably.~~ This time it's a little different. Everyone can nominate up to 10 characters, and I'll take the top 60 and seed them into the polls from most popular to least popular (determined by the number of nominations any one character gets). In the case of a tie in the nomination round I'll throw all of the characters in question into a poll to see which ones make the actual polls. XD Those of you that keep up on these topics browse through once in awhile to make sure I have no doubles of a character.
