It is. IIRC sometime in early December. North America gets it in spring '09.

I don't know why in the name of hell that is though. Europe usually gets screwed badly on release dates. It might be because it's not on console and thus wouldn't require PAL conversion, or maybe they've got more punctual translators this time.
