Whaaaat? Men are far more affected by stress than women. It's why we have a shorter life expectancy, because we bottle up our emotions, which elevates stress.
Men don't express it as well, but women tend to have a lot more of it in the first place (2/3 of all household chores, a job, and most of the childcare, etc). That plus stronger emotional reaction could be what causes the heart malfunction.
