See on the first one how the face outline doesn't match any of the others? That face outline should be your outline color for all of the sprite. Most of your colors are too bright or too light, and the edges of your splices are terribly choppy. Try keeping two copies of the parts you want to splice so if something overlaps awkwardly, like the hair over the armor on the third one, you can try putting the armor in front of it and seeing if it looks better. You definitely need more practice.
