FEFF's Resident Psychopath Posts: 4,451 Group: Veteran Member #264 Joined: June 28, 2005	*Chapter Five* As the Brotherhood drew closer to the center of the fortress, the New Breed, anticipating the arrivial of their enemy, made sure they were ready when they got there. They had planned to ambush them in a sort of pincer-like formation and eliminate them in a single, well timed assault. But the head priest, HI-alchemist, did not approve of waiting for a battle that might endanger the hostage. ''W-we have to...leave now you...f-f-fools! Waiting for a f-fight...will only...put the g-girl in...harms w-way.'' It was clear that this man was very unstable. The radiation in the air, among other things, most likely caused this man to loose his mind. As Soja saw this, he felt pity for this poor soul the same way you do for a sick dog that must be put down. ''Relax. We won't let anything happen to your little 'goddess'. We will catch the enemy off guard and strike where they will least expect it. They won't stand a chance.'' Soja said with a evil grin. It was clear he was almost as bloodthirsty as PR. ''F-fuck your plans! I...will n-not have...this g-girl's safety j-jeopardized with...your l-lust for blood.'' At this point Soja was rather annoyed with the man and grabbed him by his collar, bring his face close to the priest's ''Listen.'' Soja said with a menacing stare. ''I've gotten tired of your ramblings, which I've had to listen to the entire time I was here. If you feel you must leave then I can have one of my men take you to a nice spot I've got picked out just for you. If not then I suggest you keep your mouth shut and stay hidden.'' Soja then threw the man to the ground. ''Do not feel like I am under any obligation to let you live. You were expendable from the beginning.'' ''A-animal!'' HI-alchemist said picking himself up and rubbing the area where Soja grabbed him. ''I do...n-not have to t-take these...empty t-threats from a barbarian l-like...you. I am a p-priest and...demand you s-show me...the respect I-I deserve.'' ''You are no priest.'' Soja said. ''You're just some lunatic, no better than the people you've enslaved with your propaganda and lies.'' ''B-blasphemy...! You f-filthy- Before HI-alchemist could finish, Blank, a member of the New Breed, returned from following the Brotherhood to report to his leader. ''Soja, our enemy is almost here. I suggest we get ready now.'' ''Yes, the time has come. Do as we planned immediately.'' ''Okay.'' Blank said getting into formation. ''Listen up.'' Soja told rest of them who were sitting around waiting for this very moment. ''The Brotherhood is almost here. Lets kill these bastards and get the hell out of here.'' He then turned to the priest. ''You should stay hidden with the girl. You'd just get in the way.'' HI-alchemist didn't say anything. He just gave Soja a spiteful look and moved the hostage to a safe location to wait. Soja didn't notice this gesture, too eager to begin the battle. He stood there, in the center of the area, waiting for the enemy. The rest of the New Breed were hidden, but watching closely, waiting for the moment to strike. At that moment, the giant ivory doors of the sanctum opened. *End of Chapter Five*
