I need me a bow user Norn. Kill off a unit in the prologue chapter then sacrifice a unit, then you will get her. Crap. Serenes explains on which units cap at their averages, but right now Serenes is down for maintenence. Otherwise go with Castor, he grows more Str than the other bow users.
