This mode allows for an aggressive (which is how I prefer to play FE) approach in the opener as long as you can get Doga/Draug and Jeigan to act as the main damage sponges on the pirates' turn. By chapter 9, though, you aren't doing yourself any favors pitting knights or generals against the mass pirates. Are you still fielding Jeigan as a close combatant? Then you can probably stomach experimenting with other trash at that like Daros (tbqh, reclassing him to mercenary isn't going to help much). Severe Dorcas-ish AS deficiency not only means you're going to be very crap at killing without a lot of work, luck and a couple of speedwings, it's like a kiss of death in this mode with regards to viable survivability on the front lines.
......No, Gazzak stays put. This isn't like a lot of the other games. Only the following enemy leaders move IIRC: Shozen (mamkute) Himmler (paladin) Camus Garnef Edited by Former Guest, Mar 25 2009, 07:38 PM.
