I'm at the start of chapter 9 (no arena), and here are my levels: Finn – 21 Celice – 20 Skasaher – 19 Lakche – 16 Rana – 28 Delmud – 16 Lester – 18 Oifaye – 22 Julia – 25 Fee – 16 Arthur – 17 Johalva – 19 Shanan – 18 Patty – 12 Nanna – 15 Leaf – 10 Laylea – 8 Tinny – 13 Aless – 18 Faval - 15 Sety - 21 The plan is to get staff users to 20 and then just force them to sit back. I can't miss 24 levels, though... Also, I have a Delmud with 13 Strength at level 20, promoted. >_> Mekkah, you were right.
