I mean, there is enough military power and angry people for a war to start. I just don't think its the same powder keg as the middle east/Israel, or with North Korea. I don't know, North Korea has no allies at the moment, and if they're going to attack anywhere, it's South Korea or Japan, both of which lacks Nuclear Weapons. However, if India attacks Pakistan or vice versa, it'd be nuke fest down in Southern Asia.
