Closing her eyes and regaining her expression of contempt, she snorted and trotted behind him as he trudged towards the apparitions. "No, my lord. This excursion is being funded directly from Count Conan's private treasury."
"Wonderful," he crowed, throwing his cloak over his shoulder and spinning the sword to test its pivot. King Tyranus of Elzor joined the impromptu line of warriors, nodding to them politely - his wife settling her horse into place behind him.
