If this is a topic I have to do for school next year, I'll do Congress instead, and that's hell. Here it is Resolved: Public health concerns warrant government violation of pharmaceutical patents. I don't even understand it HELP ME GOD DANGIT! PLEASEEEE! Though it could be assuming the government markets a drug. But this is public health concerns, which varies.
