Honorable Leaders and Figures of our Fellow Nations

While the complaint of head of Thracia in their mind may seem reasonable, when one thinks about it more clearly, and says it out loud, it is far from that. If a plan for war is in the works, is it wise to carelessly declare the means of your battle strategy? Furthermore, does it not occur that when we declared we would take the capital of Grandbell, we were serious, and that such a route when it was evident on maps for all to see going through Yied could easily allow us to do such a thing directly?

I understand the concerns of Thracia in Yied's market, and I too am concerned in the future of this enterprise. Yet the route was stated when it was known for certain that we of Miletos, the ones paying for it, were certain. My fellow leader Arden was correct in saying it was secret until we were sure that we could afford it and travel along this route. So in truth, your concerns have yet to occur. You knew when we knew for certain. Though Lord Arden and I differ in our opinions for the means, we agree on the ends.

So Yied has yet to commit any misdeed with their business. That being said, I believe the honored King Tyranus can learn from the possible misgivings and prevent them from actually occurring in the future.

Sincerely,
Askio Dessar of Miletos
