To the first statement: no, it isn't. It shouldn't have been that bad for the Republicans in 1992-1996, it shouldn't have been that bad for the Democrats in 2000-2008, and it shouldn't be this bad for the Republicans now. Both parties have been ridiculously excessive in their partisanship pretty much as long as I've been alive. And that cute little spiel in the second paragraph just totally destroyed your credibility. Taking the right-wing extremist viewpoint and applying it to everyone that doesn't outright agree with everything Obama thinks, says, or does is called generalization, and doing so pretty much wipes whatever moral high ground you're trying to take out -- don't insult people with such generalizations and also expect to be seen as the victim for eight years risen again as the liberated one thanks to Obama. Oh, and for the love of Christ, get over yourself. I don't care if you're some first-timer or a former lead admin, statements like this:
Serve no purpose other than to make an arrogant fool out of yourself. That establishes nothing of value and doesn't really endear yourself to anyone (in other words, it makes people even less likely to listen to you, not more likely). But given that I do know who you are, I think I can also guess that you don't care whether you're endeared to anyone -- you're just here to trash anyone that has any sort of conservative or religious leaning on just about anything, regardless of where they actually stand as a whole. Look out, the atheist militant liberal is on the prowl! |
