Apparently the gusts in FE8 Excalibur only show up in ranged attacks, what's why I didn't see them.

Ripped these before but never made them proper gifs, just threw them in FE7x.
Lightning isn't exact to ingame because I fixed some errors up (stray pixels, and aligning the blobs more). Also I already resized it for 7x's screen
