For now on when requesting name changes, go to preferences, update profile, then change username. From there, it gets put into a queue where I can approve it through ACP. Edit: In addition, Zetaboards has a Name History feature in your profile. If someone changes their name, and you want to see who they formerly were, click their name ->Profile Options->Name History.
