Yes, religion is a personal thing, and should not intirely be influence by others.
Props to you man. You should find a religion that will suit you best, thats why we have so many. |

I say I'm catholic. But this year I've spent about 15 minutes in church, I don't pray, and I don't really do anything for a church...besides play basketball for one. I hate religious arguements because science is always much easier to believe, but religion is based on faith...kinda hard to explain that. |

Why would you not try to ask forgivness? People wear life jackets at sea because of "fear", people who ride bikes wear helmets because of "fear", people wear seat bealts because of "fear." And because of that, lets get rid of them. Excuse my sarcasism. Look at it this way: Sinning is going against God, separating you from him, damning you to hell. Jesus died to give you a chance to mend this separation. All you have to do is accept it, take him as your savior, thus erasing your separation from him, allowing him to save you from hell. Its not God who sends men to hell, its the actions of men who send themselves there. |

He can't accept you if you have willingly separated yourself from him by Sin. God is pure, perfect, untouched by sin. He is unable to defile himself by accepting people into heaven who are defiled, unless cleaned by Jesus' blood. Wow, I've done way too much preaching... Im a firm athiest.i beleive in no higher power, i just hope we can pull ourselves out of this massive grave he have dug. I believe Jesus was a good guy, but not the son of God. |

The biggest problem i have so far is this statment.
I'm a christian. As a christian, i know that once you "Jesus, i know your my savior and i follow you" then you could kill a dozen innocent people and still go to heaven. Simple enough. Not to mention, even though i don't look at it like this, you might as well ask him into your heart, What's there to lose? If he's not real, nothing happens. But if he is, you saved yourself an entiernity in hell. It's a pretty simple matter once you think of it. Not to mention....it makes me sad when i see people on this site who say they don't belive....cuss i know were there going and no1 deserves that just because there very scientific. I have more to say later so i'll spare you the mile-long post. |
