To me, that is a load of horse dropping crap. Again, Sony takes a game that I would have really wanted. They are just scared that if Microsoft or Nintendo got it, they would lose sales.... Damn Sony, Damn Sony, and Damn the Wright Brothers! |

Sony knows how to make money thats for sure. Everyone has their preferences. Sony has lots of exclusives (which Xbox tends to steal some of), but then, so do Nintendo and Microsoft. Its all how you look at it. I don't tend to see Sony as having lots of exclusives, because the games on PS2, are the games I want. Rarely do I see a game only on Xbox of GCN that I actually want to get. |

Well, if Soul Calibur 2 came out on all 3 systems, why shouldn't it do it again? The people behind Soul Calibur would make more money because more peoploe own an Xbox and a Gamecube or just one of them, then people do a PS2 or all three, or any combo of 2. Plus, most people like the Xbox versions of PS2 games better for many reasons. |

The thing is that Soul Calibur 2 wasn't supposed to be for Xbox and I have no idea how they got their hands on it.Nintendo bought the game from namco and added link so it whould be worth getting for gamecube instead of ps2 it makes sence right? |

Stop talking about money. Sony cares more about winning than money. That's why they never advertise how much money the PS2 made. They advertise how many units they sold. By buying Soul Calibur 3 they've ensured no other system will benefit from it, so they push along while Nintendo and Microsoft don't. That's the point of making it on one system. They get closer to WINNING! |

Still, more people own PS2's than Xbox's or GCN (at least it stands to reason that they would, because its been around for so much longer, and has the most backing), so the consumer still wins. Just go buy a PS2, or better yet, wait for PS3 (save your money, save your money too) and get it then, you'll be delighted with your new Sony system, and you'll find that lots of older games for the PS2 will be of interest too. |

Look around. Internet forum...people have a right to bitch. Anyway, Sony is a buisiness. So they're trying to get some exclusive games. And from what I've heard not enough people even bought the GC of Xbox version of Soul Calibur 2 for another triple-system game to be very profitable. |

I'm shocked that some of you can figure out why SC2 isnt being released on all 3 systems. 1. MUST I explain the crappyness of both SC2 games for X-Box and GC? 2. X-Box... when has this system EVER been fighting game friendly? Even Guilty Gear turned out crappy because of this system. 3. GC... is, well... GC. : / With new systems being released, they want the competition. Heck, why do you think X-Box 360 is releasing Halo 3 the same day PS3 comes out? Competition. Simple, folks. |
