[size=14]NOTE: IMPORTANT! This story contains people getting raped, abused, killed and swearing[/size] [size=7]Chapter 1: The loss, the pain, the tears[/size] The sky was lit, but is wasn’t day, actually it were in the middle of the night. Over the hill you could see a small town on fire, coming running up towards the top of the hill were a group of child furries, their specie were hedgehog, they were 5 to be exact. It was a 4 year old, brown hedgehog boy with three quills going back and two going down past his shoulders, another 4 year old red hedgehog girl, her quills went straight down, past her shoulders, two 6 year old twins, they both had deep blue fur and their quills went straight down, but were covered by long and thick moon white hair, the only difference between the twins were that one of them had ocean blue eyes while the others were night sky blue and last a 7 year old light blue hedgehog boy, he had 6 quills, three going backwards, two going straight down and the last went down in front of his face in a fringe like way. Suddenly the kids stops “Where’s Tete?!” the 4 years old hedgehog boy exclaims “I think we lost her when we fled!” The 6 years old twin with ocean blue eyes says “I have to go and get her!” The 7 years old boy says “I promised mum and dad that I’d look after you all!” he adds as he starts running back towards the village Meanwhile as that were happening, inside the village a 4 year old hedgehog girl with light green fur saw in horror as her parents got into battle stand, confronting this unknown threat. The hedgehog girls quills went down past her shoulders and all her quills, except the two in the front, had yellow fur. “How dare vermin like you attack a peaceful village like this one?!” Her dad yells at the unknown attackers. He were male hedgehog, around 26 year old man with black fur, blue markings on his quills and arms, the markings were scar like and his eyes were dark brown. The unknown attackers, all dressed in black, laughs at his comment ”Pathetic creatures like you have no right to live, we’re just having fun will removing filth like you from the world.” A very dark blue male hedgehog says. His eyes were venom yellow and his quills had yellow marks on them. His quills went backwards, the top one was in a bow, pointing down slightly, the four quills below were all in a bow pointing upwards and last he had two quills on his for head, jagged like lightning. “You’ll die eating those words!” The mother of the hedgehog children exclaims. She were 25 year old hedgehog woman, she had long quills going straight down past her shoulders and past her chest, her fur was light blue, she had long moonlight white hair and her eyes were yellow/orange. “Lets do this Sophie…” The father says as he powers up his elemental powers Sophie, who clearly is the mother, nods “For our children, Jake…” she replies as her gaze never leaves the dark blue male hedgehog The dark blue hedgehog laughs mockingly “I’d like to see you weaklings beat me!” he says and smirks as Sophie and Jake charge him. He makes a quick chant and Jake gets his body run through by a magic blade. ”NO!” the 4 year old hedgehog girl with light green fur screams and runs up to her father, tears in her eyes. Jake looks at the hedgehog girl, his daughter ”Run…Tete….quickly…” he manages to say, using his last powers, then his gaze goes empty and cold, just gazing into empty space. Sophie looks horrified at Jake’s dead body, then tears of sorrow and rage appear in her eyes “YOU’RE GONNA DIE FOR THAT!” she screams and charges the hedgehog, who’s just chants another spell and Sophie seems to have gotten into some invisible chains. The dark blue hedgehog sneers “Hold the kid and force her to watch this…” he says and gives Tete a cruel smile Tete tries to run to her mother, but the soldiers gets a hold of her and holds her eyes wide opened. The dark hedgehog walks up to Sophie and rips of her cloths. “Hmm, I understand why you husband liked you so much…you got a fine body…” he says with a sneer and removes his trousers and boxers, pushing Sophie to the ground and raping her right in front of Tete, who were forced to watch. ”No! Stop!” Tete cries as the tears stream down her cheeks Sophie was screaming in agony, sorrow and anger the whole time, until the dark blue hedgehog got tired of it and with a chant made her lose her voice as he soon cum deep inside her. ”You are a pretty good f***, I give you that…” He says with a sneer and puts his cloths back on “But that won’t make me spare you.” He adds with a cruel and sadistic smirk, all the soldiers laughing mockingly, and he puts hand on Sophie throat, digging his claws deep inside her skin and flesh he rips her throat open, Sophie falling lifeless to the ground. Tete had been forced to watch it all and was crying violently, sobbing loudly as her whole body was trembling and shaking. “Beat the kid till she shuts up, then its time for us to leave…” The dark blue hedgehog says in a serious tone then starts walking away, but stops and sneers at Tete “If you ever want to get revenge…Look for a man called Garret Magus…” he says then walks past the burning buildings. Tete looks at the soldiers as one suddenly kick her in the stomach from her right side. She coughs and falls on her knees as another kick her in the head. She flew backwards and landed on her back, all the soldiers starts gathering around her and starts kicking her over and over again, never giving her a break. After about 8-12 minutes of getting kicked her left arm were broken in many different places, she had many internal wounds, her right leg was nothing but a bloody pulp and the left side of her head as completely covered in blood, her left eye had gotten crushed by one of the kicks she had received. She had gone completely quiet and wasn’t moving anymore, but she wasn’t dead, it was just too painful to sob, cry or move. The soldiers laugh mockingly and then leave the place while talking about everyone they had killed, raped or tortured. The 7 year old hedgehog boy reaches the location of the house and spots his mother and fathers dead bodies, but his attention goes to Tete as he sees that she wasn’t dead, but badly hurt. He quickly takes her in his arms, ignoring her groans of pain, because right now she need to get to a hospital, even if she went through pain while getting there. He breaks into a run and reaches the other kids in 10 minutes. “We need to get to a hospital right away!” he exclaims and runs towards the closest town. After 15 minutes of running they reach the closest town, and Tete must have been close to death because the moment that they entered the hospital a doctor snatches Tete from Dexpo and takes her into a operation room. The 7 year old falls to the floor, exhausted as he sobs loudly, the realisation of his father and mother’s dead bodies finally smacking him. The 6 year old twin with ocean blue eyes kneels down beside him and hugs him tightly, making soothing sounds “Mother and father would be proud…” she whispers comfortingly “You should be proud Dexpo…” Dexpo cries harder when she mentioned mother and father “Their…their dead!” he exclaims “Their dead Endo!” he sobs loudly and hugs her tightly Endo eyes widen, but she hugs Dexpo tightly as his tears stream still The 4 year old hedgehog boy sobs “No! Dexpo! It can’t be true!” he sobs, the 4 year old hedgehog girl with red fur hugging his arm ”Its true, Nita…” Dexpo sobs as he looks at the 4 year old hedgehog boy “Please…El…” he says and looks at the 4 year old hedgehog girl with red fur “Elisabeth…” he says and looks at the twin with night sky blue eyes “Don’t hate me for bringing these news…” he sobs All the siblings hugs Dexpo as he cries still, the nurses and doctor’s of the hospital giving them sorrowed looks. Meanwhile in the operation room Tete was still awake as they started the operation. She was screaming in pain as they removed her left arm and started giving her a cyborg one, making the new arm took 4 hours, Tete feeling pain through it all, after those 4 hours they changed doctors so the ones who worked on her arm could get a break. Next the new doctors opened up her stomach and worked on making the places where the internal wounds were robotnik, this made Tete scream even louder then before, she blacked out of the pain, but they made her wake up again, for some reason she needed to be awake while they operated her. After about 8 hours they were done, there they changed doctors again, this next group starting to remove her right leg. She tried to push them away, but she was tied to the operation table. Meanwhile outside no one could hear her screams as the room was sound proof. Tete’s siblings being really worried about her sense it took such time, Dexpo constantly walking back and forth, extremely worried about his little sister. Back inside the operation room they were almost done removing the leg and soon started putting the cyborg one there instead. It took 6 hours, and Tete now knew what would come, the worst part of all. As the team of doctors changed they walked up to the top of the operation table where Tete’s head were. They started to operate her face while she was screaming in pain, she spasms in pain as they start working on her new left eye. After 10 long hours, the doctor changing after 5 hours, she were done, whimpering loudly in extreme pain as she laid there, panting and having a huge headache. The doctors unties Tete and exits the room, 2 nurses entering the room to take her to a bed where she could get some sleep, cause of the obvious, 28 hours of extreme pain can make you quite tired. As soon as they lay Tete in her bed she falls asleep, sleeping quietly and peacefully. Outside the room Dexpo stood, watching her sleep with a smile on his face “Thank god she’s alive…” he whispers to himself ”I agree…” A doctor says Dexpo jumps in surprise sense he didn’t notice the doctor “Oh, thanks.” He says when he got over the shock The doctor gives him a serious look “I suppose you’ve heard about ARK?” He asks Dexpo nods “Yeah, some high tech colony in space.” He replies, looking at Tete again ”Well…the cyborg tech that Tete has inside her is so advanced, so she MUST go there…she’s not allowed to live on earth anymore…” The doctor says quietly and slowly ”No!” Dexpo exclaims, his eye widen as his gaze shot to the doctor “But…she can take one person with her…” The Doctor adds softly and layes a hand on Dexpo’s shoulder “I’ll…I’ll go with her then…” Dexpo says softly and looks at Tete again “But…what will happen to the rest of my siblings?” he asks ”I know a woman on angel island, she’s rich, but lonely…her husband left her and she has no kids…she told me that if I ever meet any parentless kids that seems nice I should tell her…How does that sound?” The doctor says Dexpo nods “That sounds perfect…and Angel island is a peaceful place…” he says quietly “Now…go and get some sleep…” The doctor says seriously and looks at Dexpo again, who nods in reply and walks of to one of the hospital guest rooms. [size=7]Chapter 2: The home in space[/size] The next morning Tete starts waking up, but her eyes were empty, just two days ago she had seen her father die, her mother get raped and the murdered and almost got kicked to death…and one day ago she had been through more pain then she’s ever been through. Though, seeing her parents get killed made something die inside her. Dexpo comes running into the room, followed by Endo, El, Nita and Elisabeth. ”You’re awake!” Dexpo exclaims happily and smiles warmly at Tete, and inch from hugging her, but remembered that she had been operated the day before. Tete slightly smiles at her siblings and nods ”You got us worried!” Nita says, tears of happiness in his eyes “Really worried!” Elisabeth adds “Sorry…” Tete says softly and looks slightly sad “Don’t worry about it.” Dexpo says with a comforting smile Tete slightly smiles again “How long do I have to be here?” she asks slowly “Only 2 weeks, until you’ve fully healed.” Endo says with a warm smile ”Then…ah…you have to move to ARK.” Dexpo adds softly “The tech you got to survive is far to advanced for you to be allowed to live on earth.” He says softly and as he sees Tete’s expretion turning sad he quickly adds “But I’ll move there with you!” Tete expretion slightly happier “Ok…” she says softly All the siblings smiles widely, though their eyes were all slightly sad about the fact that they were splitting up into two groups. The two weeks went fast, Tete actually was fully recovered in a week, but the doctors thought that she had a right to get use to her cyborg limbs and parts, so she stayed two weeks in the hospital. The last day of those two weeks Dexpo and Tete got woken up early in the morning. ”Its time to go.” A doctor says with a friendly smile, he sees Tete and Dexpo’s troubled faces and smiles even more “Don’t worry, you’ll love it there…I think that Maria said that she was looking forward to meeting you…and I think even Shadow said that too.” He says with a grin ”Maria?” Dexpo asks confused ”Shadow?” Tete asks, looking completely clueless “Their two persons on ARK, their probably meet you when you arrive at ARK.” The doctor says “But follow me now.” He says and shows Tete and Dexpo the way to the top of the hospital. They had never been there before, no one was allowed there. On the roof top a small space shuttle had landed. A pilot stood beside it, looking at the two children and then doctor walking towards him. The pilot looks at the children “So these are the kids…hmmm, look mature for their age.” He says and laughs, opening the hatch to the space shuttle, letting Tete and Dexpo inside. Tete and Dexpo both take a seat in the small space shuttle, Dexpo giving a Tete a reassuring hug, Tete hugging him back. The pilot got into the front seat of the shuttle and puts on his belt, starting the shuttle engine and takes of into the sky, flying quite fast. The pilot sings softly on a calm melody, the lyrics going like this “Sitting by the window, Looking at the rain, Singing this song for you to hear, But all in vain. Why don’t give up, many ask? Cause if I do we’ll never be two. Wearing a smile as mask, I look apon you. I’m crying and screaming because I’m sad. Why do I smile when I feel so bad? Why don’t you listen too me? I wish you would hear, I wish you would see. Now I’m dreaming, dreaming, Away from all the hurt and pain. The tears are streaming, streaming, It’s a miracle I’m still sane.” Tete listens to the pilot’s song and looks at him, looking quite confused. The pilot sees Tete’s confused expretion and laughs slightly “My daughter loves making songs, and I like the melody and lyrics in this one…really touching.” He explains while smiling Dexpo and Tete both nods, smiling back, then looks outside the windows, looking at the black space. After 5 minutes of complete silence they dock in ARK, the pilot exiting first and opens the hatch in the shuttle, to let Tete and Dexpo get out of the shuttle. As Tete and Dexpo exit the shuttle they spot an old scientist, a young girl and a black hedgehog. The old scientist weren’t very tall, the top of his head was bald and he had a big grey moustache. He was wearing a big white and clean science coat. The young girl was dressed in a light blue dress, she had blond hair, going past her shoulder and a very friendly smile. And last the black hedgehog, he looked like he were around 16. His gaze were one Tete the whole time, not letting his eyes of her. His fur were midnight black, he had 6 quills, the top and middle ones going in a bow backwards, pointing downwards slightly, the other four that were one sides of the other two were bows, pointing backwards and slightly upwards. All his quills had one big red mark on the top of them. Tete and Dexpo looks at the three strangers waiting for them, they knew that now it was the beginning, the beginning of their life in the home in space. [size=7]Chapter 3: My Sweet Angel[/size] “Welcome to ARK!” The old man says with a friendly smile, looking mostly at Tete as he says this, though Dexpo weren’t offended by that, Tete were younger and she had been through a lot, right now she needed to be cared for, not him. Tete and Dexpo both smiles, Tete more nervously though and as the young girl sees this she kneels down beside her and smiles “Me, Shadow and Dikel is gonna make sure that you’ll have a wonderful life here.” She says in a warm and reassuring way Tete smiles widen and get more secure from those words and the young girl gives her a hug. Dexpo smiles at the sight as the old man walks up to him ”So, you’re Tete’s big brother…Dexpo was it?” The old man asks, looking slightly more serious now as Dexpo nods in reply Tete suddenly looks at the black hedgehog, looking wondering. The young girl sees this and smiles “That’s Shadow.” She explains to Tete and gestures towards Shadow Tete smiles and slowly walks up to Shadow “H-hi.” She says softly, this being the first thing she says Shadow just looks at her for a moment “Hi.” He finally replies, quite simply, making Tete look slightly sad, but then Shadow gave one slight smile The young girl smiles “By the way…the names Maria, and that’s my granddad Doctor Gerald Robotnik.” She says and stands up again With all the introduction being done Maria shows Tete and Dexpo to their rooms. Tete’s room were quite nice, clean, a nice bed, the walls were bluish and on the wall were a panel so she could contact others without having to run through all of ARK. Maria then showed the way to Dexpo’s room, it looked exactly like Tete’s, but it were slightly smaller and the walls were redish, there were a panel in his room too. Night came and everyone went to their rooms to sleep, though Tete were unable to get into slumber. She closed her eyes, but couldn’t find any comfortable way to lay in the bed. She finally realised that she wouldn’t be able to sleep and got out of bed, walking up to the door and opening it. She walks through a corridor, as the cold metal floor met her bare feet she shivers. She continues walking soon reaching a room where there was a window with a view down to earth and over space. She stands there and gazes at the stars, thinking back about what happened that day. How did her parents die? She had been there while they got killed, but she can’t remember who the murder was. She couldn’t remember anything from between the morning the day that her parents died and when she got operated. She sighs and continues looking at the stars when suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder. “Ah!” she exclaims and spins around, her eyes wide as she looks at the stranger behind her. It was a male kitsune/meerkat, looked like around 18, he had a brown fur with even darker brown marks, his eyes venom yellow and his hair raven black. “Who are you?” Tete asks, taking a step backwards ”Oh, I’m Dikel, head of security.” The kitsune/meerkat says with a friendly smile “Oh…” Tete replies, seeming slightly calmer now as she turns to look at the stars again Dikel walks up and stands beside Tete “You like the stars? Or is it as I’m guessing…trouble to sleep?” he asks, looking at the stars while doing so Tete looks at him and nods slowly “Every time I close my eyes memories and emotions flash in front of my eyes…” she says softly “The doctors said that I lost parts of my memory…but that they probably would try to make themselves reminded...and that I’d have to learn to live with it.” Dikel thinks for a moment then smiles at Tete “I can sit beside you until you are able to fall asleep.” He suggests with a friendly smile Tete eyes widen slightly and she looks at Dikel and nods, she didn’t know him, but something made her trust him. Dikel starts walking and Tete follows him, she was about to direct him to her room when he says “I know where your room is, everyone that works on ARK are suppose to know that.” He says with a smile ”Oh…” Tete says, slightly taken a back and surprised Dikel opens the door to Tete’s room and lets her go inside first then walks inside after her. Tete gets under the covers in her bed and closes her eyes when suddenly she hears Dikel sing a soft lullaby “Sleep, sleep sweet angel, tomorrow is new. Sweet angel, calm down and let slumber catch you. So close your eyes, let sadness wash away. So close your eyes, don’t let sadness stay. So sleep sweet angel, sleep. The moon is on the sky, the sun is down and they do not lie. Its night my sweet angel. Slumber my angel so sweet. Slumber on a cloud then wake, feeling the heat… of the sun on your face…” Dikel sang softly in a crisp and comforting, almost fatherly voice Tete had tears in her eyes “My mother used to sing that…” she sobs and turns to look at Dikel as silent tears crept down her cheeks. “Oh I’m so sorry!” Dikel says and hugs Tete tightly, stroking her quills in a comforting way. ”N-no…please sing…it again…” Tete whispers and she looks at Dikel, who nods in reply. He lets go of her and sits back down as she gets under the covers. Tete falls asleep while hearing Dikel sing that lullaby. Next morning Tete got woken up by that the lamps lit, her eyes widen when she spots a sleeping Dikel beside her bed. She slowly and quietly got out of bed and tip toed to the door, opening as quietly as she could. She runs towards Dexpo’s room, seeing various doctor, professor and scientists that all either gave her weird looks or warm smiles. She finally reached Dexpo’s room and slowly opened the door to the room, to find an awake Dexpo sitting on the bed. ”Good morning Tete!” Dexpo exclaims happily and runs up to Tete, hugging her tightly. ”Morning brother!” Tete says with a smile and hugs him back, smiling happily. Suddenly a beeping sound comes from the panel and both Tete and Dexpo looks at it. Gerald appears on the panel screen, smiling warmly “Good morning both of you.” He says “Dexpo, I want you to go to room number 120, you can ask Dikel where that is. Dikel is currently located standing outside Tete’s room.” He says and looks at Dexpo then at Tete “And you Tete, I want you to go to my lab, there is some tests I need to do.” He says as Tete looks slightly nervous. “Don’t worry, its nothing serious.” He adds in a reassuring tone as he looks at Tete’s face. Tete and Dexpo looks at each other and walks out of Dexpo’s room, Dexpo heading towards Tete’s room as Tete walks down the corridor, when she suddenly realise that she doesn’t know where the lab lays. She walks up to a professor, quite shyly and gently pulls his science coat “Eh, mister, where is Gerald’s lab located?” she asks softly. The professor smiles in a friendly way “I’ll show the way.” He says and walks down the corridor, gesturing for Tete to follow him. They walked under silence for like 2 minutes then the professor stops in front of a door and he enters a code in the number panel beside the door. The door slowly open, the professor gestures for Tete to go inside and so she does, the professor then closing the door behind her. Tete’s eyes goes wide, looking stunned. It was really high tech and Tete had problems finding one piece of tech in the room that she had any clue what it was. Doctor Gerald smiles at Tete as she entered the room “So, how are you feeling today?” he asks softly “I-I’m fine, Sir.” Tete answers, with a slight stammer, knowing that he was an important man. “Ah, don’t worry.” Gerald laughs and smiles friendly “Call me Gerald, a little girl like you shouldn’t have to be so formal.” He says, still smiling “Ok.” Tete says, smiling slightly, being nervous still “Anyway…Lets start the tests shall we?” Gerald asks and Tete nods in reply [size=7]CHAPTER 4: Operation “Ultimate life form”[/size] The tests were normal power, stamina, speed and mind tests, Tete did them pretty easily. Gerald looks down on the results of the tests, wearing a poker face so Tete wouldn’t know what he was thinking, but he knew that from the results she would be perfect for operation “Ultimate Life Form”. Yes it was true that almost everyone believed that Shadow was that, but while everyone thought that, Gerald were going to create something even stronger. He finally looks up from the results and smiles, though he was troubled that such a young girl would have to carry that weapon. “You’re at perfect strength in both muscle and mind.” He says and stands up Tete gets of the chair that she were sitting on and looks up at him “And you’ll get even stronger.” He says then laughs slightly and kneels down “Your first results are even better then Shadow’s first results were.” He whispers in her ear then pulls away while laughing warmly Tete blushes slightly and rubs the back of her head Shadow walks into the lab “You called professor?” he asks Gerald nods “I want you to test Tete’s fighting skills. Go to the training room and into the arena. I will be watching.” He says in a serious tone Tete eyes widen in shock as Shadow just nods ”Yes Sir.” Shadow says and grabs Tete’s arm, pulling her with him, not exactly having a gentle grip Tete bit her lower lip in pain as she got dragged down a corridor. Shadow soon stops in front of a door and opens it, shoving Tete inside as he steps into the room too. He closes the door and walks straight through the training room, which were huge. He stops in front of another door and turns to look at Tete “Are you coming?” he says in a cold tone, which made it sting inside Tete for a moment as she walked up to him. She didn’t have a clue why Shadow was acting as coldly towards her, but she didn’t dare ask. Shadow opens the door and walks inside, waiting for Tete, cause as soon as she had stepped inside the room he closed the door, and as it closed it scratched her back. Tete looks sadly at him and finally takes a deep breath “Why do you hate me?” she asks quietly, being scared for his reaction Shadow raises and eyebrow “Cause Gerald wants me to test your powers, cause he knows your strong…maybe even able to become stronger then me.” He says “So…its just because of what I may become?” Tete asks, getting slightly angry that he acted like that because of something that might happen Shadow ignored her question and got into battle stand, he wasn’t going to show mercy, he wasn’t going to be the weaker one, he wouldn’t take it. Tete just stood there and waited for what would happen next Shadow charges her, running as fast as she can, and of course Tete isn’t fast enough to see him, so she got slammed into a wall, letting out a yelp of pain. Shadow looks at Tete as she was pinned to the wall, tears in her eyes. His eyes softened, maybe Gerald didn’t think that she were stronger, after all, it might have been a test for him too. He lets go of Tete and kneels down beside her. “I’m sorry…” he says quietly Tete’s eyes slightly widen as she looks at him, tears still in her eyes “W-what?” she asks in a stammering tone ”I guess that I was wrong assuming that Gerald thought that you were stronger…” Shadow explains and gets to his feet, giving a slight smile, though still looking serious as he held out his hand. Tete slowing takes it and he pulls her to her feet. Shadow goes into battle stand again “So, get into either a defensive or attacking stand.” He explains, acting teacher Tete blinks a couple of times while looking confused, then gets into the same stand as Shadow ”This is an attack stand.” Shadow explains to Tete as he smiles slightly again Tete smiles back and nods “Ok.” She says softly then charges him, about to punch him on the chest, but he blocks with his right hand and grabbing Tete’s arm with his left hand, throws her so she falls forward Tete slowly gets to her feet and turns around, looking at Shadow ”Take it easy.” Shadow says calmly and stands normally “I can tell already that you’re a good fighter, you just have to be calmer.” He smiles and walks towards the door, but stops and wait for Tete “You coming?” he asks in a polite tone Tete slowly follows and they both leave the room. After that test Tete had some bruises on her back, but nothing more. Gerald waited for the outside the training room, smiling “You both did well on the test, though Shadow were a bit too harsh in the beginning.” He says in a happy, yet serious, tone. Shadow lowers his ears and nods “I’m sorry, sir.” He says Tete looks sadly at Shadow “Its not that bad Gerald…” she says softly and gets beside Shadow “He just thought that I was stronger then I am, but when he understood that I wasn’t very strong he became nicer.” She explains in a polite tone Gerald smiles “Ah, ok.” He says and smiles at Shadow “Then it went perfect. Good job both of you.” He says and walks back towards his lab As Gerald had left Shadow looked shocked at Tete “Why did you tell him that? If you had told him the truth about me being jealous because I thought that he thought that you were stronger I would have been in big trouble.” He says Tete smiles “Cause you did think that I were stronger at the moment that you attacked. So I did tell him the truth.” She replies in a happy tone then walks down the corridor towards her room. Meanwhile lets go back to when Dexpo left his room to look for Dikel. Dexpo walks down the corridor towards Tete’s room for a minute or so until he reaches Tete’s room and spots Dikel standing by the door. “Good morning.” He says in a polite tone Dikel gives a friendly smile “I guess that you’re Dexpo?” he says as Dexpo nods in reply ”Professor Gerald told me that you could show me the way to room 120.” Dexpo says to Dikel in a polite tone still Dikel nods and smiles “Yes I can.” He says “Follow me.” He says and gestures down the corridor as he starts walking, in quite a fast pace actually, making Dexpo slightly have to jog to keep up. They keep walking for 5 minutes until Dikel finally stops in front of a room where there’s a sign where its written “120” “Here it is.” Dikel says and opens the door ”Thank you.” Dexpo says with a smile and walks inside the room It was a conference, the walls were metal and the floor had a red carpet Maria was sitting on one of the chairs and smiles at Dexpo as he entered the room “Good morning.” She says ”Good morning.” Dexpo replies with a smile “So, why were I called here?” He asks “Oh, I’m just here to explain what your sister is doing here.” Maria says and smiles again “Take a seat.” She says and gestures towards a chair Dexpo nods and sits down “Please tell.” He says “Well, many thinks that Shadow is the ultimate life form, but Gerald is going to create a weapon of peace that is going to be even stronger.” She explains while Dexpo listens carefully “And he is going to make Tete to that weapon of peace. He didn’t want it to be someone so young, but she’s the only one powerful and strong enough for it, so he has no other choice.” ”WHAT?!” Dexpo explains and shot to his feet “You’re going to make my kid sister to a weapon?!” “No!” Maria quickly says “Its not a weapon really! She will become a fighter for peace, freedom and justice! The kind of fighter that the world needs! Its an honour really.” She says Dexpo didn’t look to pleased, but nods “I guess that’s what the world needs…but why her?” he asks “She’s the only one that would survive the experience of getting the power inside her.” Maria explains softly “Gerald didn’t want to have to do it on her, but she’s the only one capable to do it.” Dexpo nods “I don’t like the idea, but I guess it has to be done.” He says sadly and looks at the table for a moment “You can go now if you want…but if you want to stay you can.” Maria says warmly and smiles Dexpo nods in polite and walks outside the room, where Dikel was waiting, who smiles at him. “So, how did it go?” Dikel asks while leaning his back against a wall “Ah, good I guess.” Dexpo says and gives him a wage smile Dikel sighs “I know that Tete is chosen to be the fighter for peace.” He says as he lowers his ears “Don’t worry…she’ll be ok, they would never get the idea of hurting her.” He says in a reassuring tone Dexpo smiles slightly more and nods “Thanks.” He says and smiles completely “Lets go and get come breakfast.” Dikel says and gestures down the corridor as Dexpo follows him [size=7]Chapter 5: Sayonara[/size] 11½ years had passed sense that day, today were the early morning of Tete’s 16th birthday. Tete, who everyone thought would sleep extra long this morning, had gone up extra early and headed for Dikel’s room. She had always liked him as a small child, by the age of 8 she got a crush on him and by the age of 13 it bloomed into love. But she never told him, but this day she would, so, if he said that he didn’t feel the same this would be the worst birthday ever, but if he said that same back, this would be the best day of her LIFE ever. She finally reaches Dikel’s door and knocks on it, she hears a muffled “Come in…” and she giggles, knowing that he probably were tired as she enters the room, Dikel still in his bed. Dikel’s eyes slightly widen when he sees that it was Tete who entered ”Good morning.” Tete says softly and smiles as she walks up to him Dikel sits up and smiles back “Good morning birthday girl.” He says in a warm tone “What brings you here so early?” he asks, raising an eyebrow ”Well…” Tete begins, a slight blush spreading over her cheeks “I…I came to tell you something…I’ve liked you for long…had a crush on you…and finally…I….I….ILoveyou!” she says slowly at first, but spits out the last part Dikel sat there, wide eyed “Wow…Tete…I….” he says then his voice trails of, but soon he smiles warmly and pulls her into his arms, kissing her with all the love and passion that he had gathered in his body for the past 3 years Tete eyes widen at first, but she closes them soon and kisses him back while warping her arms around his neck, Dikel warping his arms around her waist. Dikel soon licks Tete’s lower lip, sucking lightly on it as he asked for permission to enter, a permission which Tete granted as she slightly parted her lips, letting Dikel slip his tongue into her mouth. They continued kissing for like 10 minutes until they both finally pulled away, gasping for air ”You two should get a room.” The familiar voice of Dexpo says jockingly, Gerald, Maria and Shadow standing beside as they all laugh slightly. Tete blushes slightly while Dikel instead pulls her closer to him. Dexpo smiles warmly at the sight when suddenly the alarm started “Red alert! Red alert!” A voice shouts through out the whole colony “The base is under attack by G.U.N forces! Red alert! Get the escape pods instantly!” Dikel quickly grabs Tete’s arm and runs out of the room, followed by Shadow, Maria and Dexpo, but Gerald ran back towards his lab, he had files he had to erase if Tete, Dikel, Dexpo, Shadow and Maria would be able to get a normal life of Earth. Gerald reaches his lab and starts working on the computer as fast as he can, deleting all the files on it about Dikel, Shadow, Maria, Dexpo and Tete, but all the files about “operation Ultimate life form” hadn’t been deleted when the soldiers entered the lab and caught the professor. Meanwhile the soldiers were getting closer and closer to the fleeing group ”You leave! We’ll hold the back!” Dexpo and Dikel says as one then looks at each other and nods Tete looks worried “But-!” is all she has time to say before Dikel has his lips pressed against hers ”Go! Now!” Dikel says sharply Shadow grabs Tete’s arm and continues running, grabbing Maria’s arm too Dikel and Dexpo both goes into battle stand and charges the soldiers as they came Dexpo manages to beat 10 of them, when suddenly someone shot him in the heart, he fell down to the ground and slowly stopped breathing, his heart stopping and his eyes going blank and empty. Dikel smirks at the sight of Dexpo’s dead body and suddenly warps away from the place, letting the soldiers pass by. Meanwhile Shadow finally arrived by the escape pods, still having a tight grip of Tete and Maria Maria was the first to notice that there only were two escape pods left and quickly knocked Shadow and Tete out, getting them into the pods and by the time that they woke up the pods were closed. Maria looks at both of them as smiles as she lays her hand on the eject button “Farwell dear Tete….Sayonara Shadow the hedgehog…” she says softly A soldier enters the room “You! Stop!” he orders and when she didn’t listen he shot her, but she had time to push the eject button first ”MARIA!” Tete and Shadow screams as one as they got ejected out of the colony Shadow and Tete looks as their pods drift further and further away from each other, Shadow’s pod flying towards a small military island while Tete’s flu towards a shrine on a flying island, to be more direct, Angel island… [size=7]Chapter 6: Angel Island[/size] A red male echidna, around the age of 16, with a white crest on his chest saw the pod as it flu over the sky and crashed in the jungle “What was that?” he asks himself “It might be one of Eggman’s pods, so I better check it out.” He says and breaks into a run towards the jungle Meanwhile a young, about 8 years old, orange kitsune fox with two tails had seen the pod crash too and was contacting his best friend, Sonic, to come and check it out with him. The fox walks outside and waits for Sonic to arrive while he sits down on the door step. Soon a blue blur came running towards the fox’s house, it was a blue hedgehog. ”Sonic!” The fox says and gets to his feet, running towards the hedgehog ”So, Tails, where did the pod like thing crash?” Sonic asks while looking at the fox ”In the jungle.” Tails says “I called because if its something dangerous it might take both of us to beat it.” He explains Sonic nods and grins “Lets go!” he says and grabbing Tails’ arm he runs towards the jungle Meanwhile the red echidna reaches the jungle and starts looking around at the sky, thinking that if there came any smoke from the pod he’d just have to follow that and easily find the pod. He did see a thin cloud of smoke and ran towards it, but he didn’t find the pod, instead he found himself in some sort of camp like home. A big male purple cat sat by a fire, frying some fish while a green frog sat beside him. ”Ahem!” The red echidna coughs loudly to get the cat’s attention “Yes?” The cat asks while turning to look at the red echidna “Did you happen to see a pod crash nearby?” The red echidna asks “Oh, yeah…” the cat replies and gestures towards a path “That way. I was going to check it out but…if you are, then I’m not gonna be bothered.” He says and returns to frying his fish ”Heh, thanks mister…?” The red echidna says ”Big.” The cat says “And this is my best friend, Froggy.” He says and points at the frog that were sitting beside him The red echidna nods and runs down the path that Big had pointed at Sonic and Tails both reaches the forest and stops in front of all the paths ”Which way Sonic?” Tails asks while looking at all the paths ”That one!” Sonic says and runs down a path, pulling Tails with him again The red echidna continues running and soon spots the pod “Great!” he says and runs faster ”There it is Sonic!” Tails says and points further down the path ”Hehe!” Sonic says and increases in speed The red echidna almost reaches the pod when suddenly he ran straight into something, flying straight into a tree Sonic and Tails, which were the object that the red echidna had run into, flu backwards and landed on the ground ”Look where you’re going!” the red echidna snaps as he tries to get to his feet, not yet seeing that it was Tails and Sonic ”Knuckles?!” Tails and Sonic exclaims in surprise as one as they get to their feet “You two?!” Knuckles exclaims right back and turns around to look at them ”What are you doing here?” Sonic asks Knuckles while Tails looks at the pod “I saw the pod and came to investigate.” Knuckles explains shortly “You?” he asks, just as shortly “Tails saw the pod and we came to check it out, so you can go now and leave this to the guys that knows what their doing.” Sonic says and grins ”What did you say?!” Knuckles exclaims “I’m surprised that you have enough brain cells left to even speak after all your running and bumping your head into things everywhere!” he snaps harshly ”You’re not a lot better, are you Knucklehead!” Sonic snaps back Tails ignores both of them and checks out the pod while they were yelling in the background, that’s when he saw her, a hedgehog girl, green fur, except for the quills, which almost all were yellow, though the two in the front were green. She were around 16 years old, and from some of her damage he could see that she was a cyborg, Tete. Sonic and Knuckles were still yelling, which got on Tails’ nerves now when a girl needed help “SHUT UP!” he yells “There is a girl in the pod and she needs medical care!” ”Oh s***!” Sonic and Knuckles exclaim as one and runs over to the pod, Knuckles bending it open so Sonic could get Tete out of it ”Knuckles, can you help her?” Tails asks as Knuckles starts examining the wounds “Yeah I can…but I need some place for her to lay down-!” before he had finished the sentence he remembered Big and gave Tete to Sonic “Follow me!” he says and runs down the path that led to Big’s home. Sonic and Tails follows Knuckles down the path They soon reaches Big’s camp Knuckles quickly scans the area for Big and as he spots him he runs up to him “Big, in the pod that crashed there were a girl! She got wounded from the crash and needs to be treated! Could we please let her lay on the bed in your camp so that she doesn’t have to lay on the dirty ground and the wounds get infected?” he asks quickly Big looks at him and nods “Sure.” He says and gets to his feet, walking towards his camp Sonic follows Big and lays Tete on the bed looking thing in the camp ”Quickly! Big! Tails! Go and get herbs these herbs!” he says and hands them a piece of paper while he then turns to Sonic “And you Sonic will run to Tails’ workshop and get bandages!” he says then kneels down beside Tete and starts examining the wounds. Tails, Big…and Froggy starts looking for the herbs that were on the piece of paper while Sonic ran towards Tails’ workshop, as fast as he could. Knuckles continues to examine the wounds until he sees Tete’s cyborg parts “Oh damn!” he exclaims “I wonder if even Tails would understand how this works?” he asks himself as he gets a closer look on her cyborg arm. Tails, Big and Froggy soon gets back with the herbs and gives them to Knuckles, who starts mixing them together and putting it into her wounds as Sonic arrives and gives Knuckles the bandages. Knuckles puts the bandages around the wounds and watches the passed out, or maybe sleeping, figure in front of him ”Oh, Tails.” Knuckles says and looks seriously at Tails “I think the cyborg tech that she has may even be way past your ability.” Tails’ eyes slightly widen and he walks up to Tete, looking at her cyborg arm then looks at Knuckles and nods “This is way past my ability to do, but I can repair the cyborg parts and I can also understand how of the mechs in her works.” He explains to Sonic, Knuckles and Big “Oh, so how do they work?” Sonic asks and looks at Tete, then Tails “Well, some special thing gets released when she goes through some kind of negative emotion. I think its anger, but sorrow and frustration might also be it.” Tails explains to the small group then looks at Tete “But we should get her to my workshop.” He adds and starts walking while Knuckles carefully lifts Tete and starts carrying as he and Sonic joins Tails. They all walk in complete silence, their eyes gazing apon Tete most of the time until they reach Tails’ workshop. Tails opens the door and lets Knuckles and Sonic go inside, Knuckles laying Tete on Tails’ bed. “She should wake up soon.” Knuckles finally says, breaking the silence as he continues to watch Tete Tails starts working on Tete’s cyborg parts, just fixing the small parts that got damaged. It took about 10 minutes for him to repair the small damages that Tete had gotten. “Lets just let her rest now.” Knuckles says and turns away from Tete “What shall we do while we wait?” Sonic asks and gives Tete one last gaze “Anyone want hot chocolate or coffie?” Tails asks while walking towards the kitchen “You got any soda?” Sonic asks and raises an eyebrow Tails opens the fridge and looks inside “Yup, one can of Coke.” He says and gives it to Sonic “You want anything Knuckles?” he asks “No thanks.” Knuckles says, watching Tete The hours pasted, day turned to evening, evening to night and soon Knuckles, Tails and Sonic were asleep in the kitchen. It was 04:38 am when Tete finally started to show signs on waking up, and soon she did. All she could remember was memory flashes. She couldn’t remember anything from the age of 4 and up. She didn’t know where she were, but she stayed put, because she noticed that who ever laid here there had treated her wounds too. She lays down again, waiting for who ever helped her to wake up. Around 08:00 am Tails starts to wake up and slowly walks into the living room, seeing that Tete was awake “Did you sleep well?” he asks softly Tete looks at Tails and slightly nods ”Do you remember anything of what happened to you?” Tails asks Tete, who shakes her head in reply “I see…I guess the cyborg part of you that contains your memory got quite a hit.” Tete looks confused at Tails ”Oh, don’t you know that you’re part robot?” Tails asks while Knuckles enters the room, making Tete slightly nervous ”Hey, take it easy. Knuckles here treated your wounds.” Tails says and gestures towards Knuckles ”Oh…” Tete says and relaxes slightly Sonic walks into the room, sleepy still, but smiles at Tete “So you’re finally awake.” He says in a friendly tone Tails sits down beside Tete “So you don’t remember why you were in that pod?” he asks her softly ”Pod?” Tete asks confused and looks at Tails ”Yeah, we found you in a crashed escape pod in the jungle.” Tails explains to her “Oh…I see…” Tete says softly and looks at the floor, looking thoughtful “Hmm, you probably need more rest.” Tails says and gently makes Tete lay back on the couch Tete closes her eyes and slowly falls asleep as the three watched her. |
