Too Many Words Posts: 11,133 Group: Veteran Member #77 Joined: June 9, 2005	After all the recent discussio and comments and general turmoil in the staff room I've seen a lot of points come up. The current FEF staff is really jacked up. (took me long enough, eh?) I'd be so crazy as to suggest things as; Reaver for Root admin Kamaitachi for secondary admin. Moderators: Haruhi Zephyr That's it for mods, this place lacks in trouble makers to need more. The positions of Role Play moderator and Judges be taken less highly, they get mod powers in the forums they need mod powers in, their own SEPERATE secret dicussion forum, and that's it. Not staff room access, they don't need it for their jobs. And finally, remove the advisor system, or perhaps reduce it to only a few people. Better yet, a ROTATING advisor set, that way every single active forum member gets a change at staff discussion at one point or another. Will this happen? Not bloody likely, but just to imagine the possibilities is what I want to do with this topic.

That staff doens't look any worse than our curren one which indulges with inner strife more than any issue, the fall of Rome comes to mind with our current situation. A good way to remove inner strife is by removing the people involved in it.
