One serious d00d Posts: 1,863 Group: FEFFer Member #902 Joined: August 26, 2006	Neo Dec 24 2006, 04:48 PM But neither one of them actually get a fortify staff from the start, not to mention the hard part about actually getting the S in Staves instead of Light (For Lucius anyway) You don't need S in Staves to use Fortify, only A Rank. FE7 has no S Rank Staff. Lucius gets a C in Staves on promotion and can easily reach A Rank Staves. Serra should have an A in Staves as soon as she promotes. And both have enough Mag to actually use the Fortify worth a damn.

I'd question why the heck Ninian's in the top 35 as opposed to the Top 5 she deserves...

Even at FESS, their Tier List has Lalum low tier. I would probably knock Ninian WAY up if I was to redo my list, since I understand how broken they are.
