It's been awhile since I've playewd through PoR, but I've been doing so over the past couple of days. I'm at Chapter 19 and a loss as to how to get the Knight Ring. Those crows in the southeast are too aggressive and wind up suiciding on my party before I can fulfill the requirements for getting the Knight Ring. |

Hmm? I never remember having that much trouble. Just make sure you have weak weapons equipped and bait Naesala ASAP. Oh, and give Reyson the full guard. The balistae are hell otherwise. |

It's not the ballistae that are the problem, though - they're easily handled considering they shoot Boyd on the first turn and get owned by Jill on the second turn. It's the darn Wyvern Riders near Naesala that are the problem; they're easily enough handled, but it takes a couple of turns because they like to keep themselves outside of the reach of nonfliers. By the time they're dead, one of the Ravens is as well. I haven't tried with weaker weapons, but my characters are easily 2HKOing with Steel and those Ravens like to be aggressive...I hope Iron will knock them down to minimal health and they'll run to a healer. That leaves the problem of the ballistae, though...they like to pluck off weakened Ravens on the rare occasion I'm able to bait Naesala out without those Wyverns killing Reyson or the Ravens suiciding. |

Oshi-No Gatrie. Or Brom. ;_; I could throw the Full Guard at Jill, but then Reyson get pwnt by ballistae. If it weren't for those damn wyverns I could do this like I do on NM: use the Reinforce ability Tanith has to lure Naesala and the ballistae. 6 pegasi, all of which can survive one attack from any of those threats, should do the trick. |

I just send in Ulki as soon as possible and keep everyone out of range of the ravens. Since Ulki doesn't transform until a few turns later, he can take a double Vortex from Naesala, especially if you give him a Pure Water, and the ballistae only do 4. And try to keep him out of range of wyverns so that he doesn't die or transform before Naesala gets to him. |

I thought Reyson had to talk to Naesala. I know I tried with Janaff and it didn't work (got lucky and dodged Vortex twice with, liek, 93 Hit, then narrowly survived the ballistae and talked to him)...can Ulki make Naesala netural? |

|
You talk to Naesala with Ulki, and then Naesala talks to Reyson on the next turn. Just make sure Reyson is in range. |
