Yeah. This is pretty old news but indeed, still sucks. It would've been fun somewhat to do it, but I imagine people would complain about their arms getting tired, and doing a few turns would be alright, but 2 or 3 chapters would kill them. They should put it in with an option of either using the wii-mote for fun or use the classic controller. With in-chapter options enabling switching of modes.

I don't see how it would hurt to put the function in and just give players a choice, but it's not a big deal. I probably would prefer playing a game like this classic style anyway.

When you can't make them see the light, make them feel the heat.

The Wii-mote will be able to be used, just not the motion sensing part...

You don't even need to read japanese to see the 4 styles of controls there. And all the IGN article says is no motion sensing.

Which is indeed what we are talking about, well spotted Sent. We were discussing about not having the motion sensor, for precision for unit placements and such.

The point is, not many people will mind not being able to play the game the exact same way, just with a remote instead of a controller. So, why bother putting it in? I imagine it takes time and isn't all too cheap.

Maybe so, but implementing it could add new choices for gameplay modes, allowing more gameplay value and such.

To be honest, I don't think tactics games really require that "action" sort of element.

Don't see what motion-sensing could bring to a game like FE.

I'm just relieved I don't need to pick up units, watch them struggle for a bit, and then drop them.

You gave Inui his first (and last?) sexual experience, didn't you? That's historic.
