To my knowledge, I can't change anything in the ACP to fix it. People's names show up as what they are, in there (like you are Tiltyu, not your old name there). Maybe this might be an IFF problem?

New topics will display your name correctly. Though, I'm not quite sure what happens to those new topics after you get a third name change...
