My first piece on display here is the first illustration I did of my incarnation in Psio's Feffic sequel. The second piece of the same subject in a more active pose. Due to the difficulty in uploading my artwork, this won't be a regular occurrence. Both drawings were done with plain .5 #2 mechanical pencils. Well, I lie. The first one was done that way. The second one was done with a special Letter F sketch pencil designed for fine detailing. Both drawings were touched up with Photoshop 7.0 with a little contrast increase and smudge/noise cleanup. The higher contrast gives them the look of being inked, so don't worry if your pencil drawings don't look the same. I cheated. Illustration time for each: 1 hour. Feedback is ~~demanded~~ welcome.

One thing I noticed on the first pic is that the girl's shoulders are too broad; it makes her look manly and it just looks out of place with the rest if the curvy body. But good work.

You make a valid point; I thought the same thing, or similar, while I was drawing her. But making her shoulders much more narrow made her look... hmm... unproportional. It just looked wrong when viewed through the back of the page (common proportion test: hold the drawing up to light and look at it through the back of the page for screw ups). Asides that, she's supposed to be a physically strong character and have such corresponding features. But thanks for the observation, I appreciate it. A general thank you to everyone.

Hair was supposed to be strawberry blondeish, but I don't feel like recoloring three layers right now. And... the color-correct version. The above got slapped with a darken screen that I couldn't remove because it went in while fading a gaussian blur.
