Oswin has more Atk before supports, but Lowen has more Speed, and the difference is such that Speed actually matters. The difference between Lowen and Oswin is very minute at best. Also, did you forget that Oswin starts 8 levels higher and is likely the first unit to promote? I agree with the current setup, keep Oswin b7 and Lowen available. That said, I'll take Kent.

Lowen's Avoid lead matters far more than Oswin's Res lead will ever matter. Yeah, Oswin's got more Def, but Lowen has more Avoid, and I don't see Oswin getting full supports all the time either (granted, views on Rebecca vary, so there's room for argument, but I just don't see the difference between Oswin and Lowen ever being enough to merit one being banned and the other not).

Surely it's not making him more durable against physical enemies seeing as how Oswin has a Def lead almost as big as Lowen's Avo lead. And against everything else, which is limited to magic, Oswin's Res lead most definitely does matter. How is Lowen's defense better lategame? I really phail to see this.
