Its like any other weapon of that kind, meant to give them a boost and help them kill more to grow with fewer drawbacks. Shinion rapes him in every way, even with him coming back underleveled.

From the viewpoint of a more casual player, supports don't mean much and training units isn't a chore. levelups=fun
