This is like, the third time out of four that I've opened. And this is my first time doing this. I hate you guys. HATE. Okay, battle of the cavaliers... Lets start with your generic side-by-side comparison! Kent at 20/10 HP: 45.8 Str: 18.2 Skl: 21.0 Spd: 20.5 Def: 14.0 Res: 9.0 Luk: 7.6 Lowen at 20/10 HP: 49.3 Str: 16.1 Skl: 14.1 Spd: 16.1 Def: 19.8 Res: 9.1 Luk: 16.5 HP: 3.5 in Lowen's favor. Kent will die 3.5 points quicker, I guess. Str: 2.1 in Kent's favor. A bit more damage output. Skl: Skill doesn't mean a whole lot when they both have WTA a lot of the time, but Kent wins by a considerable margin of 6.9 regardless. Spd: Lulz Lowen's sucks balls and Kent's doesn't. 4.4 lead for Kent. He'll be doubling sooner and more for a good length of time, making that 2.1 strength lead double. Kent just wins offensively. Def: 5.8 lead for Lowen. Whoo. It is pretty. Luk: Pretty big lead for Lowen, as well. 8.9. Supportwise Uh... I didn't add the support bonuses simply because I'm lazy and I feel it needs more elaboration anyway. I'm assuming Lowen is banging Eliwood and Rebecca. Lowen's Set Rebecca A: +3 Pow, +15 Hit and Eva, +15 Crt Eliwood B: +2 Pow, +1 Def, +5 Hit, +15 Eva, +5 Crt, +5 Crt Eva Speed - Rebecca: 38/78/118 Eliwood: 31/71 Total: +5 Pow, +1 Def, +20 Hit, +30 Eva, +20 Crt, +5 Crt Eva, at least 118 turns for full bonuses (likely more) Kent's Set Sain A: +3 Pow, +1 Def, +7 Hit and Eva, +7 Crt, +15 Crt Eva Lyn B: +2 Pow, +1 Def, +5 Hit and Eva, +5 Crt, +15 Crt Eva Speed - Sain: 17/44/71 Lyn: 21/48 Total: +5 Pow, +2 Def, +12 Hit and Eva, +12 Crt, +30 Crt Eva, at least 75 turns for full bonuses (likely more) O snap, both sets curb the deficiencies both have. I dare say Lowen's does more, but he's not my dude, so I'm not going to elaborate on that. XD One thing to point out, though, is the support speed difference. Both of their main supports will be present when they are, but Kent's are much faster overall. Sain's and Lyn's A support is faster than Rebecca's B support (though you're only getting one of 'em). His support bonuses will be helping him out sooner and longer than Lowen's and they're both easily accessible, if not moreso because Sain is a cavalier who can keep up and Lyn is a lord you'll need to level up to some point. Lowen's deficiencies are also more glaring until supports come in, so he'd actually need them more. Kent's are minor at best to start with and he simply gets better. The only defect I can spot is his pitiful Luk, and that's destroyed pretty damn quickly thanks to Sain. In pitiful conclusion... Kent's better. Neener neener neener. On the upside, at least, I can't preach about WTA any more. |
