You should check up my "Magix" team. :o For example. Rock's team could two unit mine with just his crazy Shaman and his RES tank troub.

I requested that every team I have gets deleted, then maybe, MAYBE consider making new ones, but not likely until the bases/growths get updated.

So I start anew, if not just yet, with a 98 wins and 100 losses record thus far.

Woo... I realize this is a massive necropost, but I figured it's worth posting nonetheless.

For those of you who don't still pay attention to the FEO boards on FEP, or anything like that, I'm in the process of redoing the game from the ground up.

So far I've made a fair bit of progress; we've made class system, items, and a few maps. I've set up character creation stuff, and I've started to delve in to the beast that is the actual battles.

Major changes will include:
- personalized characters - each class has fixed bases, which you can modify to a certain extent
- a lot more balance in classes
- battles will have up to 5 players, as opposed to being restricted to two
- the entire system will work a lot quicker, and be substantially less "clunky" - in battles, for example, so far, it takes one pageload to bring up the battle, and then after that you never need to reload the page again. Movement, attacking, and other commands can be done really quickly.
- lots more that I can't think of right now

I hope to have it playable by the end of April/beginning of May, so you can all look forward to that. :D

Furthurmore.

Growths are now fixed rather than random, there is some level of customization of base stats and growths to keep units from being carbon copies (generally).

Units are on their own, rather than stuck in specific teams of five, the players fighting can choose how many units each side has and the level range of units that can be used.

Your first character gets an extra 2 base stats and 30% growth rates to distribute as a "lord" character.

Custom classes such as armors that use magic (high DEF low RES, a counter to pegasi and the melee/staves second tiers[also new])

Weapons have been "balanced" and prices should be more even all around as well. (yes this means Dark has tomes that are useful with each weapon rank for a change.)

Villages will always give you something, if it's an item the quality of it will change depending on the level of the character visiting it. If not an item, a random amount of gold is given. (Chests tiles in indoor maps do the same, no keys needed).

Weapon levels will grow more slowly.

No S ranks are planned to exist, but S weapon rank still gives +5% acc and +5% crit rate.
