Of course, whether Dart is sent down two or more tiers is disputable to begin with imo. It seems you're downplaying the value of a lot more moneys when it's about Matthew, but when it's Dart he is suddendly Low tier because of it.

She costs A LOT because of this, and, much like Dart, this cost puts her in Mid tier.
The availability also matters, ofcourse, but that’s a main reason for her being as low as she is.

I’m not downplaying the worth of money; the thing is that money is pretty much all Matthew has.  Others bring the best of their respective games (dancing, healing, combat or a combination of the latter two) to the table aswell, and I have a hard time believing that The Silver Card of D00m is a whole tier above the game’s other absolute best units.
